AELO is a production of the Swiss artist Lisa Maito. Aelo interacts with human beings in an intensive and mysterious manner through gestures, dance and song. AELO is a living symbol, a messenger. With her Lisa Maito transports a reality full of energy, grace, and relaxed feeling by it. AELO is so obviously alien that any encounter with her leads to a heightened awareness among human beings, especially regarding such topics as integration, communication and tolerance.
The production AELO is an enthralling, contemporary and poetic concert show. Dancers, lightshow and large picture and video projections generate a unique atmosphere for modern expressional intensivity.
